Does what a washer and dryer does , my household loves how quick the clothes dry and clean the washer makes our clothing. We had to get a new set and this was in our budget.been a few months so hopefully they last some years .

Great Washer I ever bought, I would definitely recommend this washer.

We love this high capacity front load washer. We had ours stacked to save space. It is easy to load and unload and operate the controls. This also connects to our Wifi so we can look and see where in the cycle it is at. The only problem we have had was that the installer put the hoses on the wrong connector and when we washed in cold it was very hot and hot was cold. It rinses in cold normally but due to the error our clothes were getting rinsed in straight hot water and coming out very wrinkled. We corrected the issue ourselves and all is great now.

I’ve been using this washer for a few weeks now and I’m genuinely impressed with its performance. The capacity is great. I can wash larger loads without compromising the cleaning quality. Clothes come out fresh, clean, and without that damp smell I used to get from my previous washer. What surprised me most is how quiet it is. The vibration reduction technology really works, even during high-speed spin cycles, it stays stable and barely makes noise. The smart features are also very convenient. I can check the status and get notifications on my phone, which helps a lot when I’m multitasking around the house. Installation was smooth, and it works perfectly in a stacked setup with the matching dryer.

I couldn't be happier with this purchase. It is so beautiful. I love that I could download the app and get updates on time and other things like it will tell you if someone opened the door or left it open. The washer is so efficient we've saved money on our electric bill. The steam sanitize has not shrunk any of our clothes. That is a huge deal because if you've ever washed and dried anything on high temp it typically shrinks in outdated or inefficient dryers. I've never had clothes come out feeling so clean! Even the smelliest of towels passed the sniff test. This was the best birthday gift I have ever received. I was going to get the pedestals but they are tall enough to me so I am getting a topper to go over the top of the washer and dryer for extra space for folding. I was amazed how fast they hooked up everything. The way they take it upstairs and didn't bounce off the walls was incredible! We love Best Buy! We've never had any problems with any purchases. We love Samsung! All of our future appliances/electronics will be from Best Buy and will be Samsung products

Excellent quality and functionality. I have read reviews on this washer and people complained about the ink on the control panel coming off. I can see how that can happen if you have chemicals on fingers. But from what I see you do not need to push the control button just lightly touch with dry finger tip and there would not be an issue with the ink smearing or completely coming off. From what I can tell from using this washer it is extremely quite and runs smoothly after preforming the calibration after installing. Another great product from Samsung

This washer has done well in the months since I've got it. It really helps remove pet hair, but having to clean it out of the door seal is a bit of a pain. All in all cleans clothes well and I would purchase again!

so far, so good, upgraded our 13+ year old washer and very happy so far, my wife, who wanted this and the matching dryer, but is not good with tech, worried about it being digital, she’s now gone from washing everything in cold water, to following the recommended settings on the washer. We have no issues with noise, very quiet, but, if you’re close during the high speed spin it can sound like it wants to take off, but that’s cool to me, it’s not loud imho

Had this for over year. Clothes is always clean and smelling good after a wash. Personally love the side washer. Shakes at times near finishing but overall great.

This washer is amazing! The capacity is good, I can wash two fluffy comforters at once. It's self cleaning takes almost 4 hours but I assume it's thorough. I haven't had any smells come from it or anything weird happen. We wipe the inside of the door down after the last load of the day and leave the door slightly ajar so that it can air dry. No mold or any gunk has built up. We've had it for a year already and I love it! I hope it lasts a long long time!
