Nothing in the set up instructions mentioned removing the shipping bolts. I washed a load and had severe vibrations during the spin cycle. It was only when I went to troubleshooting, noise and vibration, clicked on a QR code and watched a video that I became aware of the shipping bolts. This is unsatisfactory and should certainlyset up instructions are inadequate. be rectified. Put a tag on the bolts that says REMOVE.

Great value for the money. This washer was a direct replacement of a previous Samsung washer that I owned for over 10 years. I considered many other washers but at the end of my search easy of use and familiarity ultimately drove my buying decision.

I love this because the WiFi lets me know when it’s finished. It’s a lot quieter than our old one and the steam clean cycle works great

The washer was great for almost the 1st year that we had it. About a few weeks ago while the laundry was spinning, it sounded as if the washer was going to take off on a runway. I called BB asap; they told me to contact Samsung since it was still under manufacturer's warranty. I called; everything has been approved for a replacement on July 24, 2023. I was supposed to hear back from BB by July 31, 2023. Well, I still have no washer and I still have not heard from BB on my replacement.

Seems to get my socks cleaner than the old washer, but I'm holding my breath because the old washer was a real trooper for 35 years! I'll be disappointed if this one lasts only 20.

This Samsung washing machine is excellent. Easy to set the cycles, water temperatures, etc,, The delivery team was top notch, very efficient, showed us the basics of operation, answered the few questions we had of them.

This is a great washer! Love the app and smart wash features. Giant drum size, does big loads fast.

Very good washer! Samsung has been my brand of choice after a very bad experience with LG and their customer support or lack there of. This samsung washer is quiet, has many different wash options and plenty of room for a comforter.

This replacement has been great! Love all the settings and clothes are so clean! The cute song has the whole family cracking up!!!

Pretty nice washing machine. I went from a top loader to a front loader so its an adjustment. I am not sure if I like it that during the rinse cycle it uses hot water even if you have it set to cold. But it gets the job done and even plays a pretty song at the end of a cycle.

My brother has one and had it for a several years.. So when our 1yr old Whirlpool from Menards died and SquareTurd (squaretrade) tried to fix it 5 times, i was done.. Way Done!!This Samsung gets clothes clean....

This is my second one, and its amazing. Holds my king size comforter and large loads. And gets it clean. Highly recommend!!!

Overall great washer keeps my cloth smelling clean and does it effortlessly

Perfect washing machine for rentals or home use! I have purchased multiple units with the matching driers and to date have had zero problems. They also stack well but the top controls can be a bit high.
