I purchased the Samsung washer and dryer over a month ago. Both products provide excellent features and ease of use. The products have been working very well.

Just started using this washer, and so far so good. Does a great job cleaning, and clothes come out of the washer pretty dry which cuts down on dry time.

Bought this washer to go with the matching dryer! Amazing combination! Love this pair! Very quiet and efficient.

Put wet clothes in, and they came out dry! Amazing. No complaints, aside from how unnecessarily long the jingle plays when the clothes are done. Great value.

The wife loves it. I bought this to replace a worn out 20 year old unit. It was priced not to break the bank and had all of the features that the brains of this operation (NOT ME, LOL) needed. I opted for a DIY installation but the delivery guys did unbox and allow me to inspect before bringing it in. They also removed the old unit which I had ready before they arrived. It arrives without the power cord, but they are readily available at Best Buy as well as the big box hardware stores and easy to install. The leeling feet required a pair of pliers to get them moving but they are of sufficient length to level the unit on a basement floor that slopes toward the drain. The door can be switched to open left or right by removing a few screws. I also used this as an opportunity to replace the dryer vent hose. Overall, from the truck to fully operational was about 30 minutes , but I did read the instructions that came with the unit and the power cord before connecting anything. The cycles are accurate for normal use but some thicker items require additional time. The lint trap is somewhat difficult to open but easy to clean.PS - Did I mention that the wife loves it? :)

So far so good. It's a very quiet dryer. I only wish the doors were changeable.

great washer. Has plenty of options and a large washing capacity. Although first washing machine did shake and vibrate Best Buy replaced it with a new washer quickly. No hassle. New washer works wonderfully and NO vibration. I bought washer and dryer set. Very happy!!

Clean Compact design, takes a small space, and runs very quiet. Save me some time in the laundromat especially during COVID

Love the front load. It is my first one. I would say get the stand so it is not so low to the ground. But other than that they are awesome!

Easy to use and feel clean after wash. Love front load washer. Friendly for shorty. ;) However, as the other reviews mentioned, it could be a bit loud during washing.

So far it is great. I don’t do a lot of washing only two at home.
