Very nice washing machine. Works well. Just want to mention to anyone who buys this or any washing machine. Remember to take out all the shipping bolts behind the washer. That may be the single most important thing when installing the washer.

Since we had to get a dryer for the house we just bought... I also purchased this matching washer for it rather than wait since this one is also on sale!!! It washes better and uses less detergent and softener. Glad I got this to match my dryer.

been using this dryer 24/7 and is doing pretty good. The unit got a lot of good features that I like it a lot compared to my last LG. Especially the touch panel.

Nothing in the set up instructions mentioned removing the shipping bolts. I washed a load and had severe vibrations during the spin cycle. It was only when I went to troubleshooting, noise and vibration, clicked on a QR code and watched a video that I became aware of the shipping bolts. This is unsatisfactory and should certainlyset up instructions are inadequate. be rectified. Put a tag on the bolts that says REMOVE.

Overall easy install and use no problems one month in! Don’t forget to get the stackable kit if you are going that route.

My brother has one and had it for a several years.. So when our 1yr old Whirlpool from Menards died and SquareTurd (squaretrade) tried to fix it 5 times, i was done.. Way Done!!This Samsung gets clothes clean....

When I first tried to buy a dryer, the biggest advantage was that it was very cheap. However, when I received the dryer and installed it, I found out that no parts such as electric cables, plugs, bands, etc. were provided. So I went to Home Depot and bought it myself. This cost me a lot more money, time, and effort than I expected, and I ended up buying a more expensive hair dryer. In particular, for electricity, I had to ask a technician to do it, otherwise I wouldn't be able to install it. This was a very inconvenient task that cost a lot of money and took a lot of time. If I had known this would happen, I wish I had returned it before unpacking it. At the same time, I knew that other wholesalers were offering parts, installation, and collection of existing products at better prices (such as Labor Day sales), so I thought it would be difficult to purchase products from Best Buy in the future. If possible, it would be better if there was more detailed and specific information about the provision of the parts in the product purchase section.

Had to buy a washer quick due to mine messing up. This one is beautiful to look at and easy to work. It is heavier then my precious one. We almost couldn't get it in the house ourselves. Overall a great buy.
