The only complaint is that there is no way to program a button to run a cycle exactly the way we want, e.g. normal cycle but with cold water. Every time we would need to turn it on, switch to normal cycle, then change to cold water.

The only problem I had was with my delivery. On my delivery date the technician couldn’t hook my product up so they rescheduled my appointment to another day and I waited all day and know one showed up. Then I rescheduled again and they finally hooked up the machine but I have to say all of my delivery people where very respectful and sorry for my experience.

I like the many options for every load. The only thing I would change is the spin speeds need a few slower option. My wash machine is on the upper floor near the bedrooms and the middle spin option does cause some vibration in the floor. Overall, I am very impressed with this product.
