This replaced a 10 year old Samsung. Old machine would power on by touching any button or dial. This one dn. Adding clothes after starting cycle was easier too. This one you must wait 3 minutes for the door to unlock. Newer model has more cycles and temperature settings. Price was good.

This dryer works exactly as advertised and has a few really nice features such as the refresh, which lets you moisten and re-dry items that you might have left inside too long so that you get out the wrinkles quickly.

I love the color, I love that technology. Samsung all the time have the best technology in their appliances.

A little expensive but got the job done. Purchase this set and it works great so far.

Been using this washer for about a month cloth smell great and better then they did with my washer that Was old fashioned and outdated this Samsung washer doesn’t have Wi-Fi/Bluetooth for the price since it’s cheaper than others but it is worth it I know everyone will run into issues with their washer/dryer so I have geek squad. My only con would be is that it takes long to finish a load if you put everything on heavy/ medium load it takes about at least 50 minutes to 125 minutes

If I could give this washer zero stars, I would. It arrives. It is correctly installed. No matter what cycle I set it on, it only uses HOT water. Warm/Cold setting? It runs HOT/HOT. Cold/Cold setting? It runs HOT/HOT. I was about to call to set up an appointment to get this remedied when the washer goes into its spin cycle. Whatever holds the tub in place busts and the tub then starts free-slamming around inside the washer box. I am NOT making this up! Four days after its installed... FOUR DAYS! and it is broken. With the 15 day return policy I just told Best Buy to come get the cursed thing OUT of my house. Mind you, I bought this washer to replace another Samsung that I had purchased just 3 years before. THAT washer broke down and since it was under extended warranty, I called to get it fixed. Three months later (that's three months WITHOUT a WASHER!) after replacing nearly all the parts inside the silly thing (more money was spent on parts and labor than I paid for the thing to begin with! Go figure!) the insurance company decides it is not repairable and tells me I can just apply the original purchase price towards a brand new replacement washer. So this means I had two Samsung front load machines turn out to be JUNK. Samsung is making garbage washing machines. Do NOT buy a Samsung washer. My experiences have taught me that they are extremely poor quality. This is NOT Best Buy's fault, but if they read these reviews, I heartily suggest you drop the Samsung line. You should start offering Speed Queen instead. They make a top notch line of washers, both top and front loaders. Ended up replacing with a GE - 4.8 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Front Load Washer with UltraFresh Vent System - White on white, pretty sure the model number is GFW650SSNWW. Could not be happier with it and I've been using it hard for the last 5 months.

I love it so far! Very nice touch screen and my clothes feel really clean after a wash. Nice size drum too!

Efficient washer. Quick cycle is a lot more noisy than I would like. I haven't had any water leaks like others. The drawer where you put your liquids will retain water in it. All in all, it gets the job done.

Washer broke within 3 months. Had to call Samsung because BB extended warranty was not yet in effect. Service came within in a few days but was unable to repair. The recommended replacing the unit. We said ok. So we have been waiting for 3 weeks and still no washer. The Rep told me this morning that the time frame was 21 business days! Why did they not tell me that before? One rep 2 weeks ago called me every day for 4 days to only tell me it was approved and would take 7 business days. That time went and I called again. No trucking company was assigned (should have been 2 weeks ago) so the lady on Tuesday assigned one. This morning I called and was told no unit was available from that company and another would be chosen. What a JOKE Samsung is. I will never buy Samsung again! This has been a nightmare. I'll go back to ABT who has superb service. Absolute Horrible service here, would not recommend to my enemies.

We went from a LG to this because the LG developed a leak. Starting to wish we had stayed with LG. The clothes come out piping hot even if you choose a cold cycle. Can't figure that out. While the spin cycle is quiet, it's quite excessive. Don't stack anything on top because it will throw it to the floor. Machine is level so I'm guessing based on other reviews that this is just this washers thing. I really wish we could return this and get something else. I think I got used to the LG's numerous choices.
