    The buttons on the front panel of the washer are smearing/peeling off. I contacted Samsung explaining to them what the issue is with photos and they sent a tech over who came by and took the same photos and said Samsung will not address. This appears to be a known issue and I guess in while the entire front panel will not have any buttons and it will get totally wiped out. Very disappointed in the way Samsung has addressed this issue, wasted my time and did not do anything for this issue.

    Samsung washing machine is very large and hold lots of clothes. I think a smaller unit would of been better for my needs. Dryer does not get very hot.

    We like this washer. After the test wash, we did 6 loads of laundry. I like the way it looks, easy to use.Many different settings to choose from.

    The dryer does not get as warm as I expected My review is re delivery from GEEK squad. Absolutely horrible my home was left in shambles and I had to wait 5 days for another delivery with a hole in my wall I will NEVER PATRONIZE BEST BUY

    3rd washer in 5 years, and it looks like we finally have a winner Samsung! after a month of daily use the family has voted and its unanimous, they Love this new washing machine, Loads are washed faster and better and as a surprise bonus wrung out so thoroughly im saving on my electric bill as the dryer never sees double duty like with our previous Maytag waher. Thank you Samsung for making a great product

    Weight balancer exploded less than a year

    Great when it worked, its been about a year and one of the weight balancers exploded. It's now out of warranty and Samsung wont cover it. The cost to repair is basically the same a new one. Terrible build quality.

    This dryer ran for less than two years and then had an electrical problem at the plate where the electrical wires meet the power cord. The inside wire melted and became disconnected from the connection plate. Glad there wasn't a fire.

    The washer is malfunctioning. Wasn’t this supposed to be a brand new washer? Why is it malfunctioning? The washer keeps going on self cleaning.

      If your washer enters self-cleaning mode, it usually indicates that you have completed 40 wash cycles. This self-cleaning feature helps prevent the buildup of residue and odor-causing bacteria, keeping your washer drum fresh. We recommend running the self-cleaning cycle once a month or every 40 cycles.
