||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The buttons on the front panel of the washer are smearing/peeling off. I contacted Samsung explaining to them what the issue is with photos and they sent a tech over who came by and took the same photos and said Samsung will not address. This appears to be a known issue and I guess in while the entire front panel will not have any buttons and it will get totally wiped out. Very disappointed in the way Samsung has addressed this issue, wasted my time and did not do anything for this issue.

The inside wire melted and became disconnected from the connection plate. Glad there wasn't a fire.

If your washer enters self-cleaning mode, it usually indicates that you have completed 40 wash cycles. This self-cleaning feature helps prevent the buildup of residue and odor-causing bacteria, keeping your washer drum fresh. We recommend running the self-cleaning cycle once a month or every 40 cycles.
