I had an old Amana washer and dryer prior to. This dryer is way more effective, the only down fall is when I’m drying my king comforter I have to stop it mid cycle. You have to unfold the comforters to get them completely dry, or else you have wet spots. Other than that it seems to be holding up.

The washer itself is very efficient. Almost leaves clothes dry when it's done spinning. However, it spins so fast that any imbalance causes the machine to shake... which vibrates the entire house. The song it plays at the end is LONG... good thing it's cheerful!

It’s pretty good. I have not had any problems with it.

This unit is packed with utility. It has excellent load capacity and all the bells and whistles, minus the steam function, which I specifically didn't need.

Love this washer. Has alot of options for different cycles for my clothes versus my husband's clothes whos are very very dirty. Quite when runs definitely want to make sure the washer is level or it will get crazy when it spends. Would recommend

My previous electric dryer was 12 years old. It is amazing how much more energy efficient this Samsung is! I thought my previous one was energy efficient, and it was right up at the top when purchased. My Samsung dries in half the time. So when my 12 year old washer gives up, a Samsung I will buy

I just bought a new house and the appliances were in rough shape. I replaced both the washer and dryer. I saw the reviews and it was on sale at the time of purchase. Very good dryer that dries quickly. Still figuring out some of the functions, but I can tell this dryer will last for a long time.

Worst experience ever with Best Buy’s appliance installation and service. After two pre-measure visits and six repair appointments, my dryer issue still isn’t fixed — and during one visit, the installers even damaged my washer! Now both appliances are incomplete and not working properly. The third-party installers are careless, and there’s zero support from the Plymouth, MA store. The manager told me they can’t help once the product is delivered and that everything must go through phone support — but after 10+ hours on calls, nothing has been resolved. Terrible customer service from start to finish. Don’t buy appliances from Best Buy unless you want endless frustration and no accountability.

Just arrived today! Have not stacked them and I guess we didn't request them to stack them. We have had Samsung brand for years.

So far so good. The buttons are a little hard to push but hopefully that will get easier with time

Great washer and dryer now, but when it was first deliver it was damaged and leaking, but the second set came back freak and working fine with a nice look aswell

Didn't give a 5 due to not being able to control the rinse water temperature. Still learning on the cycles. So far, this machine will work for doing laundry. Only 2 people in our house so don't use for large loads.

I purchased this to replace a 15 year old version of this washer. So far it has been great.

Delivery and Installation went very smooth . All the guys were very professional and also took the time to show me how each washer and dryer worked .
