    The dryer is beautiful and compact;however, after 12 loads, it started getting violent, making excessive noise!

    Done with Samsung and Bestbuy

    Junk, was delivered beat up scratched and dented along with the dryer. This happened in the factory as I watched the delivery men unpackage it and carefully move them. Bestbuy didn't give me my $100 gift card either, just like everything with them they blame someone else and keep having me run in circles only to get nothing accomplished.. It is absolutely ridiculous that they do this, and after spending $40,000+ with them in the last three years, I am done over a measly $100 gift card and their absolute lack of responsibility on replacing the washer and dryer.

    Crappy Installation

    The 1 star isn’t for the washer, it’s for the installation. When they delivered it they didn’t bring the stacking kit. I had to wait 2 weeks for another installation date. On that day they texted me 3 times with updates on the time the driver would arrive. Then they didn’t show up at all!!. I called and they offered me another install date in another two weeks! I told if they couldn’t do it(that makes a month I would have the unit without being able to use) sooner I don’t want the set anymore. They said no problem and had a truck at my house 2 days later to pick it up!!

    Buyers Beware

    I haven’t had this dryer for three weeks and now it will not heat up. Service came out today and informed me that the motherboard and thermostat need to be replaced. How this even possible for a brand new dryer? I spent too much money for this to occur. Needless to say that I am highly disappointed and angry!

    Samsung CS absolute worse. Best Buy not helping

    Noisy since pretty much day one. Got worse and worse. We got Samsung to come out and their tech said the bearings were bad and likely had been since shipment from factory. Have had a nightmare dealing with Samsung and Best Buy. Samsung are pushing it to Best Buy and Best Buy are penalising me because I got their extended warranty and say if I exchange it with them I will have to pay for a new warranty and for delivery, AGAIN!

    I do 2 loads of laundry every week, sometimes an extra load a week. This washer lasted 1 year and 2 months. Its broken now, something is wrong with the spin mechanisms. They just dont make anything that lasts anymore.

    love my Samsung washer. Had a problem recently and an agent fixed it . fast , easy and no cost to me. Geek squad agent was very professional and knowledgeable . I would purchase another Samsung if/when this one dumps.

    The appliance itself works great but the process of getting it to my house from the outlet was terrible. There was no sense of urgency even after the first unit they sent malfunctioned the first use. Will be shopping elsewhere for my next appliance need

    Love the delay option but not a fan of the washer itself. I felt my clothes didn't get wet enough or even washed. Had washer for just a little over a year and now I'm waiting on a new set (different brand) to come in and try. Fingers crossed.

    washer and dry purchase

    great machine. The only downside is washing large items such as comforters or blankets. IT will need a few rounds. I need to find out if I can turn off the sensor for dry for those because it will dry for 10 mins and sense its dry because its hot, but the comforter is not dry.

    Happy Overall

    Recent purchase with estimated 30 loads thus far. Loads have been dry on single cycle on correct setting. One star removed due to outside metal denting so quickly. Previous Samsung dryer seemed more durable. Hopefully this dryer will last 5 years. No issues aside from exterior metal design.

    I am very disappointed in this product. Since the purchase of the dryer it has not worked efficiently. I have to put the clothes at least 3 times to get them dry. Then because it’s been in the dryer the clothes are left with a bad smell. I have called Samsung to request a replacement but still worried that the outcome might be the same!

    Excellent! So much better than my old one and would recommend it!!! I was hesitant going to another brand that isn’t Maytag. But this was well worth it. I even realized that my old Maytag wasn’t really washing my clothes properly and drying my clothes
