Best Buy does not allow you to use your old one. This is very wasterful and Best Buy should consider enviornmental friendly resuse options. Also they require you to buy a hose without knowing how long of a hose you need. Again, more waste. Plus the installed couldn't install the machine bc he didn't have any other hose sizes with him.

Best Buy picked up and delivered another one promptly. The Timed Dry feature does not work. I will be returning it.

First purchase of a washer & dryer and it was well worth the money! Not too fancy but still has cool features and does everything I need it to do!

It runs so quietly and washes clothes pretty quickly on the normal cycle. I purchased both washer and dryer for an affordable price especially to say it is a Samsung. I would definitely recommend.
