Machine looks great and cleans well but the controls are very clunky and not very efficient. No way to turn off the annoying beeps, no way to save a program (you have to set every time), no way to to delay a wash for later in the day to take advantage of lower utility rates. We definitely wish we hadn't bough this machine

nice dryer, had to get used to the settings for they are different from the one I had before. music plays too long at the end of the cycle but would definitely buy again.

Our 2011 Samsung Washer was still performing well. But, dryer needed replacement. A matching set is a wifely imperative. And, a 10-year old washer is somewhat risky anyhow. :-)

Great machine for its price. It washes well and doesn’t make a lot of noise.

I have use this washer every day since I got it and very happy with it washes clothes and spends of dry perfectly Also lol water use going to be happy with my Water Bill

I am very happy with this product. Our washer broke and I decided to purchase a new one instead of repairing the old. I wanted a high quality washer that was in stock and could be delivered within a few days. This washer met all my needs, and Best Buy was able to schedule a delivery within a few days. So far, I am very happy with this washer and all the options it provides.

Very quiet, which is key since our set is in the bedroom. Can easily sleep when it is running & the door is shut. Washes well enough, so far.

Good dryer, used to have an LG. This one in my opinion has a faster dry time. But could also be because it’s new, time will tell.

Nice washing machine, does wonderful with large loads. Only complaint is it doesn't do well with small loads, it seems to have issues with the weight for amount of water needed and will give an error code

Everything is good, except the spinning speed is not fast enough relatively, resulting in less dry washed clothes

Good machine, but if you are ordering installment make sure it is no leaks, they refuse to touch any pipes that have even tiny water leakage

Large capacity is really nice, but the poorly designed drainage make for very loud gurgling noises during spin out.

Very cost-effective washer has a good design and is reliable. I replaced GE washer, garbage service.

This is one tough washer-We've put everything in this washer, including full sized duvets & moving blankets...they all come out looking brand new (almost).

Washer broke within 3 months. Had to call Samsung because BB extended warranty was not yet in effect. Service came within in a few days but was unable to repair. The recommended replacing the unit. We said ok. So we have been waiting for 3 weeks and still no washer. The Rep told me this morning that the time frame was 21 business days! Why did they not tell me that before? One rep 2 weeks ago called me every day for 4 days to only tell me it was approved and would take 7 business days. That time went and I called again. No trucking company was assigned (should have been 2 weeks ago) so the lady on Tuesday assigned one. This morning I called and was told no unit was available from that company and another would be chosen. What a JOKE Samsung is. I will never buy Samsung again! This has been a nightmare. I'll go back to ABT who has superb service. Absolute Horrible service here, would not recommend to my enemies.
