Gets to 10 mins and stays there, rinsing and rinsing. Just adding more water and not draining or spinning. My dryer from Samsung, arrived DOA. What useless crap. And terrible customer support.

It barely uses any water. You have a huge tub but because of the amount of water it uses , you can only do small loads. Not happy with it at all. Too many options

On the other hand though, it sounds like there’s a bag of nuts and bolts in the drum. The noise is horrible. I’m sure Samsung will fix or replace it but it’s disappointing nonetheless.

Don't Buy Without Coverage

Right at one year, though, it broke beyond repair. We thought that a brand new appliance would work longer than a year, so we didn't have any extended coverage. Thanks for the pain and waste of money, Samsung and BestBuy.
