Terrible service from Best Buy

I have no idea if this is a good dryer or not because Best Buy has been to our house 4 times already and each time had a different excuse why they couldn't install it. They delivered a broken washer the first time and the last time they "didn't have enough time" even though they knew what was involved in the install. Better off buying somewhere else.

Installation can be a pain

The moisture sensor is fantastic and will automatically adjust drying time as needed, which means I don't need to keep checking if the clothes are dry yet. Vast improvement over the 20-year-old dryer we had previously
