It has a couple of small dings, but I don't care about that. I saved a lot of money. We had great customer service & they are very knowledgable & helped us a lot.

Not sure why a dryer this new is doing this. I would consider other options in the future.

I’ve had front loaders before so know how to care for them. This one STINKS. After the first wash, my clothes smelled sour. The machine has been put through the cleaning cycle, door always left open after washing, gasket dried… it stinks. My clothes stink and it doesn’t do a great job of cleaning either. I wish I could return this machine. It’s awful. I feel ripped off.

It is very quiet - can keep the laundry room door open and hardly hear it two rooms away. The chime noises when it is done with its cycle is super helpful, too. Clothes have been super clean, no issues!
