I had leak happen right after delivery people left, on the very first cycle. 2) I then swapped out leaking machine for same model. I ran calibration cycle without problems. I noticed during first wash that the machine shook SO VIOLENTLY during spin cycle that I thought that the machine was going to fall off the pedestal. Watch a video on Youtube titled "Samsung literally jumps and shakes a lot". It is slightly different model but exhibited identical degree of vibration. Fortunately for me, Best Buy had great customer service. I went back the next day and upgraded to more expensive LG. It hasn't yet arrived, but it has to be better than this Samsung.

Also please with the delivery. But, this morning I was by the washer as it was spinning. It was shaking like it was 32 degrees below zero. On closer examination the left front corner was not placed on the raised cement area so with only three legs on solid ground it is going to shake it self to death some day.
