This is a great product for the value. It's a quality modern machine with a nice color for lighter laundry rooms to give contrast. Overall we're thankful for this machine and its use in our daily lives.

After a problem with the first unit which Best Buy resolved quickly and effortlessly I have been very happy with my new dryer. It runs quietly and gets clothes to the desired dryness level every time regardless of drying temperature. Controls are intuitive and lint trap easy to clean.

Washer is easy to use. The end cycle music is too long compared with our previous LG washer. In general, we like this product so far. But we had issues with a BestBuy installer. They said the stacking kit is incorrect model, then they left uninstalled. In fact, the stacking kit was correct. The installer messed up. We had to spend the entire day to reschedule the installation for next day.

Love all my Samsung appliances and this machine is great. While not top of the line it is affordable and does the job very well.

I really like how quietly and quickly my wash gets done. The drum accommodates large loads and small. There is an option for active wear which is great for sweaty gym clothes. It really does have all the settings I could possibly need without extra features I wouldn't use. My previous 11 year-old Samsung had Silvercare and a steam setting which I never used so I don't miss them on this less expensive model. This model has a self-clean setting that my other machine lacked. This is a useful feature. My wash comes out clean. I am pleased with my purchase.

Quiet, good size, and a perfect match to the dryer. Paired with the pedestal, this thing is the perfect height. Unfortunately for myself, my water hookup is on the right side, so my dryer door and this door open towards each other. That is not the fault of Samsung, however just note that you cannot swap the door sides of both machines, only one. If you are in the same position as I am, you will not be able to transfer your close from this to the dryer without at least one door between them.

This machine is a BEAST! my clothes have never been cleaner or smelled better. Huge on the inside, switched to PODS, 1 pod and my clothes are clean and odor free! What took me so long to switch?

This dryer was installed 3 weeks ago. So far it is running and drying fine. The dryer is easy to use and drys clothes very well. It is not too loud and more efficient than the machine it replaced. I am happy with the purchase. It is too soon to judge longevity but so far so good.
