This washer has been a game changer , very easy to use clothes come out almost completely dry after the cycles and has not damaged any of our clothes even when washing color with whites , it's been great!

Couldn’t wait to get rid of a Whirlpool washer that was absolutely horrible. For what it cost it should have been better. This is the 3rd Samsung & I LOVE IT!!!

I waited a couple months to review to have time to test this dryer. I like how well it dries, excellent size too. My old dryer held about half the amount of clothes this one does, so now I can do a larger wash which cuts down on laundry time. The only negative I have found is I prefer to use the time dry setting. In my old dryer, it remembered the setting and selection choices I used. This dryer I have to turn it to time dry each time, and then change temp to medium (auto selects high), and also turn off the eco dry each time. Wish is remembered like my old one did. So far though that's the only negative. Otherwise very happy.

Our new washer is quiet, easy to use and plays a beautiful song for us when it is done. Very pleased with our purchase.

The machines are very good and wash your clothes well. The only problem that I have about the it is that the dryer does dry the heavy clothers once you have to put it in for at least two time or three

Simple to use for basic users, has all the options needed for cleaning the clothes without unneeded extras (and cost). Quiet.

We already have Samsung gas stove and frig. they both ork great no problems. The dryer we chose a Samsung . This dryer very quiet and efficient will refer to friends

I only used it once, but I have a Kenmore front loader and I would say that this machine is even quieter than my Kenmore. It also has a lot more options. So far, good product for the price. (Someone else has been using it for about 3 weeks, about 2 -3 times per week and so far, no complaints.) It's a lot nicer looking than white too.

We decided to just replace the Washer & Dryer together when our Dryer broke down. We bought this one as the partner to the dryer. This machine is amazingly smart and saves pretty well on water. The fact it's front load gives us more space for large blankets and things we couldn't wash easily before without issues. I do also love how we can customize the wash cycle to fit our needs. It's recommended to Calibrate the machine once installed, so that it's accurate. Once calibrated it runs amazingly.

Easy to use and so smooth. All clothes dry easily and thanks to the wrinkle prevent feature.

Just bought this washer and I'm very pleased right now so far. I researched this particular one and was happy that it looks Great! Works Great! so far. It goes well with my older dryer that still works. I also didn't want one that had tons of features that I don't need. Very pleased. I also got the best deal at "Best Buy"! Thanks again for another wonderful buy! I'll be purchasing again in the near future!

A busy home with 2 puppies, 2 active kids, and blue collar husband this washer will get it clean. Using less detergent and still have a great clean of clothes. Handles all the heavy loads towels, bed sheets, stuffed animals and the tough jeans. Worth every penny and saving pennies!

This was my second Samsung front load washer and I love them. This one is the newer version of the one I previously had. I love all of the features it has, especially the Vibration Reduction...this thing stays planted. The biggest complaint I have is that the fabric softener load spot tends to stay full of water once the wash cycle is done and you have to pull the tray out to drain the water for the next load. I've gotten used to it and it's become a normal part of my laundry process. It's a great machine for the money and very efficient.
