The first one was about a year and half old, over heated and started to smoke. I called Samsung they came out and said I have to have it professionally cleaned every year and it’s my fault so I had to pay to have it fixed (which was almost the cost of the dryer). I purchased this unit as a replacement and it seems to be subpar quality. I have to run multiple high heat cycles to dry larger loads and sometimes for small loads too. All of the custom cycles are useless because they never dry the clothes (they use lower heat settings). I suggest avoiding Samsung at this point.

The quiet vibration feature is too tier ! The heaviest loads does not shake the washer or make a lot of noise. A major difference from the washer I had before. Evenly distributes water and detergent to make sure every piece of clothing is covered so all the clothes come out smelling so fresh and clean !! I’m in love !
