Very happy with it so far, I haven't had the best of luck with some of my other Samsung appliances especially the Ice maker in the refrigerator but the price was right and most importantly it was available. IT does a great job, has all the settings we will ever need and it runs quiet. Best Buy delivery as always was stellar!

The black stainless steel color is stunning. It would dry up my clothes in no time. It is also effortless to use. I would highly recommend it.

My biggest concern with this dryer was that we have a German Shedder (pun intended). Her fur gets all over our clothes, blanket, towels, etc. It doesn't do the greatest job at removing all the hair but I would say does enough to satisfy me. It dries really fast and I'd never had to run a cycle 2x. It is really easy to use and I would recommend.

These are the best Washer/Dryer set I've ever used. Excellent functionality! A lot of settings, also they don't waste electricity nor water. I love them now I can wash and dry all my bed covers at home don't have to deal with going out to a laundromat. I was a bit skeptical because of that issue Samsung had a couple of years ago but I have absolutely " NO REGRETS" I would recommend these even to my worse enemy. Stay safe out there! BE KIND! Love you!!!!!

This machine was not only affordable but has held up well for us. We loved our Samsung Washer and Dryer so much that when we moved into a new build and needed a new one, we purchased the same thing all over again.

I bought it opened box, it works perfect super easy to use and easy to install.

I got this to be stacked with the matching washer. It has a tendancy to ball up sheets and blankets as they dry which never happened with my other Samsung dryer. As a result they take forever to dry. For everything else it works great. In the stacked setup it is difficult for me at 5'2" to see and reach the controls with the angle it is at.

This is my second dryer from Samsung. The first one was about a year and half old, over heated and started to smoke. I called Samsung they came out and said I have to have it professionally cleaned every year and it’s my fault so I had to pay to have it fixed (which was almost the cost of the dryer). I purchased this unit as a replacement and it seems to be subpar quality. I have to run multiple high heat cycles to dry larger loads and sometimes for small loads too. All of the custom cycles are useless because they never dry the clothes (they use lower heat settings). I suggest avoiding Samsung at this point.

Fairly eady to operate but manual needs to go into more detail as to what contitutes rhe types of loads for the various cycles. Also, the manual should indicate to add detergent, bleach, etc. after selecting the cycle and settings; otherwise, detergent does not dispense at all during the cycle. I had to research that issue online.
