This thing is amazing. The quality speaks for itself after the first use

The stackable gas dryer works well and really saved space for my landry closet. It was installed by hardworking staff and very professional with their work. It works very well and we have no complain so far at this stage.

0 STARS should be an option. The letters and numbers are wiping right off the control panel, as if they’re written with marker. Samsung customer service said “make sure my hands are dry before using” and “not a defect”. I see online forums mentioning this same problem dating back to 2017. Is this their fingerprint resistant technology!? How insulting that this multi billion dollar company tell it’s consumers it’s our own fault for using a washing machine with wet hands!

Great washer! I've only ever used old school washers and this thing is amazing. I love how simple it is to load and clean clothes. I also love the sleek look and matching dryer. Once I remodel my laundry room this thing is going to sparkle.

Efficient and easy to operate. Looks great and can clean a large load of laundry, which is important for a family of 4 people and 2 pets.

It worked well in two weeks and then make noise, just 3 weeks after I got it.

We have other Samsung products and they perform well. Have mom issues at all very quiet. We have a Samsung gas range, refrigerator, and dryer and just bought the matching washer.

Good washer ! I’ve had it for a little over a month now and last for the first time after a load the washer prompted it self to “ self clean “ cycle which i thought was clever meaning it knows what it needs!

Would not recommend this dryer. When we got our dryer delivered it would start but it would not get warm/hot at all. We called best buy and they sent a technician out to fix it. He said we would need a new dryer, which is what I wanted, so they came out and replaced our dryer with a new one of the same model. Then fast forward about 8 months and now the belt in it is broken so we have to get a new belt. Luckily these things have happened under the warranty period so I have not had to pay for any repairs, but overall I would definitely NOT recommend this dryer to anyone. Other that the issues I have had with it, it has been a good dryer to me but breaking twice in less that a year is absurd to me. The repair services have been easy to do and it has not been a hassle, but just do not care for this dryer personally.

Excellent quality with lots of wash settings and allows changes to water temperature, spin speed, etc. It's quiet and has clear instructions for detergent, softener, bleach, etc. Only complaint is that when there's several pairs of pants the legs can get tangled up.

Bought this washer multiple times,it doesn't disappoint.It is the entry level Samsung front load washer and wash time,functions,noise are very good for the price.No complains

Had this item couple of months now and they do a great job and very pleased with this item. Best Buy had what we were looking for after visiting Lowe’s Hardware and found nothing of what we wanted.
