The unit seems to run and perform as expected. The lint filter seems to be very useful and easy to clean. I have found that after two uses, cleaning the filter is very easy and works well.

We have multiple technicians come to fix it and they couldn't (we had 4) -- they even misled us about the issue. We submitted requests for a refund from Samsung and even it have documented from Samsung that they created a ticket for recommendation of refund and they still won't give us a refund. I highly recommend choosing a brand that cares about Samsung -- it's obvious Samsung doesn't.

Overall it does the job. don't care too much for the extra things that the new washer comes with now a days. it's really simple to use and I just use the settings that are already there. just needed something to wash my clothes. the washer looks great and happy with the purchase. I did get the 5 year warranty which is a must.
