The last one worked for 8 yrs straight until I had some electrical issues but thats another thing. Definitely this washer is the one!!!

Has a stackable option if we ever need it. Lots of options for drying. I do wish you could change the sound when load is done, it plays an entire song!

I am also NOT a fan that every couple of weeks it forces itself into Self-Clean mode which takes 4 hours to complete and a ton of water!!! I would save your money and get a hotpoint for half the money.

We understand how you feel about the washer's weight and the Self-Clean feature. Let us help.
After every 40 cycles, the Self-Clean icon appears for an hour and then turns off automatically. The icon will appear for five more cycles, turn off, and will not appear for another 40 cycles.
You may refer to page 40 of the user manual for more details about the Self-Clean feature.

So far so good and it's my second Samsung set like this. The others purchased in 2016 were still working great but I just wanted to move away from the burgandy color.

I was looking for something can do wash some clothes dirty. My husband work in landscape and his chlotes are a super dirty. This machine can do pre soak and it's amazing. Becareful with the top is to delicately.

Replaced an older Samsung dryer that I had on a pedestal/drawer that I was going try to use. They were not able to use so we had the new washer and dryer stacked. We stacked the pedestals and put a top on for folding clothes and worked out fantastic!

I will probably get a better one though when i can afford it. I am glad i got 5 year protection on it.
