Excellent along with the front load washer a pair. I like the energy savings and the speed of both they both are winners

Dries clothes well. Don't like the chime music to let you know load is done and no way to change it.

Looks great. A bit more depth than previous Samsung but still ok. Controls are very state-of-the-art.

Samsung has reduced the size of outlet pipe, so we had to get an extension. The subcontractor of Best Boy refused to connect our washer. We were stuck with washer delivered to our house and not installed for weeks. Our previous washer was also Samsung and it came with a longer drain pipe, so there was no need for an extension and no liability issues for whoever installed the washer 10+ years ago. Samsung's cutting corners caused a great deal of inconvenience to us. Too soon to review the performance of the washer. It is easy to use it.

Our old dryer died after many years. We love the look of this dryer and how advanced it is in comparison. It’s self-explanatory and dries clothes quickly and thoroughly. We are so happy to have this appliance in our home. It makes our lives a whole lot easier.

The washer was a good buy. I have value for money.

Here is the Bottom line, you put your clothes in the Dryer, Turn the power on, press the start button, when the pleasant chimes sound your clothes are done, a load of Towels You use the Heavy duty settings, it's also quiet and Best Buy Installation was superior

Works, but is overly complicated. Not all features are useable on all settings, so you have to memorize or look up. I think it runs too hot or long on some things. It has a tendency to overdry cottons on normal settings, so now I’m using the timer, which has to be adjusted each time. I frankly miss my 20-year old Kenmore with mechanical parts vs. digital settings that are bound to need replacing at sooner. (I hate that new appliances don’t last as long and end up in landfills.) It comes with vent and gas attachments, but our existing were better quality, so the parts weren’t needed. The Service team that installed was great.

Works great ! My first front loader and I like it! Takes up less floor space since I stacked with the dryer!

It does what a dryer is supposed to do. Completes cycles way before the wash is done and with the moisture sense it continues drying once the time is up if needed. Door is super easy to switch sides on.

The service was great and I was provided the the Best Buy service that I expect always.

Came into Best Buy to look for a new washer and dryer since the one I had I was currently renting out and it kept going off balance. To make this review short. Everything so far is working and going smoothly. Doesn’t take long to wash or dry at all.

My Bosch worked great for 12 years and it was my fault it broke. I am very curious to see if Samsung can beat it. It works great so far, although it’s delicate cycle is much worse then my previous device. The wool was not washed that delicately as before.

Purchase works as. Expected. Uses about 6 gallons of water less than my old one. A regular load with a separate rinse after the regular cycle takes about 15 minutes longer than the old one. Clothes are clean and soft. I recommend this machine.

Big enough, but makes too much noise. I think they are too expensive to be fixed when broken.

I use mostly all of the settings on this bad boy & they are all great. Very good quality for catching lint and other particles during the cycle, especially for my pet-friendly home.

The first unit I purchased back in 2023 began having computer issues within 6 months (drum sensor fault with no heat) - I was finally quoted a repair cost nearly in line with the dryer, so I purchased this one to replace it in April 2025. 4 months to the day, the drum made a noize and stopped after loading a medium size load. No error codes, but no heat and no drum rotation. Samsung referred me to the only repair center in Eastern Massachusetts that they partner with, and my date was pushed out on the morning of the appointment. When I looked up the center, they had two years of terrible reviews due to no-shows. I contacted them, was hung up on, called back, and was rudely told to "take it or leave it" with the new appointment - 10 days out. I cancelled and contacted Samsung, who told me they had no other options for repair. I'm in-warranty and looking at paying for a service repair - never again, Samsung.

Works well, I do feel that I have to put in smaller loads than my old dryer though because if not clothes either stay a little damp or take much longer to dry. Once I got used to it though, it does the job and, overall, I’m happy with it.

Quickly washes and it spins the clothes really dry which means less drying time.

Absolutely love this dryer. After mine when out I got this one. Delivered with care. Kinda too a while but no damages and no mess
