i bought the open box (on a budget) i picked the higher priced one for open box - said it would come with all the accessories and options as if it was new - it didnt. only came wrapped in bubble wrap - fyi) had to do a hard reset to get water to work, walked across floor when i started it. took 4 hours to get it to work right. finally after posting a video someone told me it still had the stabilizer bolts in the back - i was unaware. because i didnt have any instructions and ive only dealt with top loaders. after all the mis-haps. im finally in working condition. works great so far. no issues - happy with purchase.

Love it! Efficient, silent, good capacity...excellent choice!

Bought this Whirlpool washer recently on Thanksgiving sale after our 20+ year old one, despite repairs, was vibrating so much it moved across the floor. This one is so much quieter and has good capacity. The controls are easy to see and use. With these front loading types you do get a little water pooling at the front edge so I just use a cloth to dry it up afterwards and leave the door open.

I highly recommend this washing machine. It has a good capacity for washing all the family's clothes, and it's practically silent while it's running. For me, it's absolutely fantastic.

I absolutely love these!! They work wonderfully and neither the washer nor dryer have given us any issues. We had to stack ours because of our little laundry room and they fit perfectly giving us more room than we had when we had our washer and drier sitting side by side. The height of them was a little worrisome at first because of my short height, but I can reach the buttons just fine!! They are perfect and make washing laundry far more enjoyable!!

In the past three decades, I have used only front loaders, my first was a different brand, but made it through a family of six with three babies at the time. Needless to say, I have done thousands of loads of wash. This Samsung is the best one I have ever purchased and used. I didn't need anything fancy looking or with 27 settings, I just wanted a washer that would do the job. This holds a substantial amount (6 bath sheets, 4 bath towels) no problem. I have already done pillows, blankets etc., but this handles delicates just as beautifully. It's also very quiet. I am very impressed with it. The price was right and the delivery guys were so professional and thorough. I've only had this for about a month, but so far, so good.

Pretty decent dryer has ease of use runs very quiet

Timing of the demise of our old, faithful dryer (an Amanda that lasted over 20 years) just before Christmas wasn’t great, but at least the dryer is the appropriate complement to the Samsung washer we bought a year ago. We like that it has a LIGHT inside, that it “sings” to us when dryer time is up (something that the Samsung washer also does), that it has a sensor for dryness, lots of settings, and—oh, yes—that it has a capacity large enough to accommodate a comforter, and actually, efficiently DRIES laundry!

This machine is highly efficient. I’m impressed with how quiet is is while washing and how good it spins out the load. I must say the highest spinner setting is too strong. But I like to know that it can go that strong in case I need to wash a heavier load than a normal. The capacity holds up a considerable big load. I would most certainly would recommend this product.

We got the washer and dryer!! No complaints. Both work great! Efficient and quiet. The installation was smooth and the communication with the team was great!

I use to have a top load washer and it was horrible. Balancing the load constantly and the efficiency went out the door with having to do that, plus only got one load a day. With this wonderful front load washer, it has been amazing, no more balancing issues, the efficiency has been great and the washer and dryer get done at the same time. LOVE IT! And I can wash my big comforters! WOOHOO!

I purchased this Samsung 4.5 Cu. Ft. High Efficiency Stackable Smart Front Load Washer (WF45T6000AV), and honestly, it has exceeded my expectations. From the very first use, Samsung's quality is evident: it is quiet, efficient, and leaves clothes exceptionally clean. I love the vibration reduction technology, as you can barely tell it’s running—even during spin cycles. Furthermore, the black stainless steel design looks modern and elegant, blending perfectly with any space. The 4.5-cubic-foot capacity is more than enough for large loads, which saves me both time and water. It is also very easy to use, and the wash cycles are quite comprehensive. For the price, it is definitely worth it. I recommend it 100% if you are looking for a reliable, modern, and efficient washing machine.

Looks very similar to the old unit and did fit under the dryer very much like the old unit. Just had a small difference in the dryer offset to the wall. Still no problem accessing the front loading. Glad of this working out. And the unit works well through the initial cycle.

Bought it as an open box, no dents or scratches. Works perfectly great. They helped me load it up into my truck and all. I’m glad I upgraded to a front loader washer

Great washer... easy to use. The black is a sleek look I prefer over white. The noise level is low... a lot less compared to GE top loader. Highly recommend.

Sturdy and quiet. my wife loves the ease of use and design of the washer. Reluctant to buy a frontloader, this unit has won her over and converted her. Great price with the features listed.

Easy to use lint filler. Not powerful as we expected but use high heat more often or add more time. We like the dryer so far. But we were not happy with the installation process. BestBuy installer was not able to install with a stackable kit at first. We had to spend the entire day to reschedule for the next day. When they installed, they broke a rigid duct. I had to buy a flex duct and installed by myself next day.

Just as I expected. My clothes are clean, the cycle wash is quiet, and I can fit a lot of clothes into the drum. I happy with my purchase.
