It's okay regarding the features. The issue is with the drying. It takes too long to dry a normal load. Not sure if there is defect or just the dryer.

This dryer was purchased to replace the same model purchased previously and not all that long ago in my estimation of how long it should last. I wish manufactured appliances were built to last longer (as they were years ago) especially since the price is so high.

The dryer works well. However, I had to add extra time to get clothes thoroughly dry. I think once I get the hang of the settings it will be fine. It's good for the value and will get the job done.

Just got new washing machine, works great, no leaks! (I didn't realize how much accommodation I've been doing). Delivery was smooth and timely.

This machine works wonders. Dries well and works silently. Very efficient. We're using now 2 of the same model.

Efficient washer. Quick cycle is a lot more noisy than I would like. I haven't had any water leaks like others. The drawer where you put your liquids will retain water in it. All in all, it gets the job done.

For the price it does the job. Fits perfectly in 2 bedroom apartment.

This replaced a 10 year old Samsung. Old machine would power on by touching any button or dial. This one dn. Adding clothes after starting cycle was easier too. This one you must wait 3 minutes for the door to unlock. Newer model has more cycles and temperature settings. Price was good.

Clean Compact design, takes a small space, and runs very quiet. Save me some time in the laundromat especially during COVID

Twenty years since i purchased a washer. Samsung has several wash load settings, i can easly select wash load type and walk away. I am pleased with my purchase. I am looking foreward to my first electric bill to checking the saving.

Its everything i expected it to be. Its very quite and i like that i can watch it from my phone

I love this gas dryer. I had the matching washer for a few years before and my used dryer went out so I bought this one and it was hard to find honestly but I love the settings and use the bedding and timed setting all the time.

we haven't gotten into all of the details, but this unit is performing admirably. The one problem we did have was a cut on the rubber boot gasket on the front somehow. The warranty covered it and serviceman had it fixed within an hour for us. The part itself was only about 35 bucks, but for being 2 or 3 months new, we were able to warranty it. We've had a sick infant throw up into sheets and on clothes and this unit has done a good job of cleaning that mess out in short order.

Worst experience ever with Best Buy’s appliance installation and service. After two pre-measure visits and six repair appointments, my dryer issue still isn’t fixed — and during one visit, the installers even damaged my washer! Now both appliances are incomplete and not working properly. The third-party installers are careless, and there’s zero support from the Plymouth, MA store. The manager told me they can’t help once the product is delivered and that everything must go through phone support — but after 10+ hours on calls, nothing has been resolved. Terrible customer service from start to finish. Don’t buy appliances from Best Buy unless you want endless frustration and no accountability.

So satisfied It is worth it I will definitely recomed it and recomend your store

Had the set for 18m now. they work very well and feel I paid a fair price for the Samsung brand. Will recommend to anyone , anywhere

I would have given five stars except for one thing. EVERY time I use the dryer it annoys me. The lint filter cannot be opened without using a screwdriver to pry it open (which I resorted to after breaking a nail). Very bad design! Otherwise this dryer has everything I need: decent capacity, same height as the dryer and a flat top. My washer/dryer set up is in the garage and I need that flat top in order to put basket etc.

Machine performs well and we are very pleased with it. The number of functions available is wonderful.

Bought for our new home in January. Wonderful product with excellent water saving features. Only issue was from Best Buy itself. They forgot a part when installing it, and it was delayed 2 weeks. It was resolved though so no harm.

Very convenient, slick and very convenient! Technology have improved greatly!
