After purchasing in a great deal, 5 months in and washer works very good. Frontload feature works great, just have to remember to keep it dry to avoid mold.

Nice washer machine. Got a very good deal during the summer. Until now, everything is good and no issue at all. Definitely save tone of water by comparing with those top open one.

Dryer is working well but must be careful not to accidentally touch the right front area as the dryer turns on with a light touch.

This is my first HE washer and dryer and I thought of it as a advance and high tech cleaning and drying machine at the same time easy to operate with easy touch controls. I hope this will last a long time with the hefty price I paid for.

When you open the washer after washing it leaks water. The window on the inside doesn't dry very quick. You have to let the door sit for a couple minutes to dry the window. It's not fair to have to wait for the window to dry. Not a good idea to buy a front loader washer.

It works fine, the only questionable part is the drying time. It seems to take longer than my previous dryer. I had to dry my bedding twice because I put it in with a couple of jeans...it has a setting, but I put it a maximum and it still didn’t dry it that well,
