Overall it does the job. don't care too much for the extra things that the new washer comes with now a days. it's really simple to use and I just use the settings that are already there. just needed something to wash my clothes. the washer looks great and happy with the purchase. I did get the 5 year warranty which is a must.

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It works fine except for when it stopped for a few days (after only a few months of use) and had to remove accumulated water from a valve in the bottom left corner. I think this happens to all front loaders. Never had to do any such thing for my old top load washer in all the years I had it.

It runs so quietly and washes clothes pretty quickly on the normal cycle. I purchased both washer and dryer for an affordable price especially to say it is a Samsung. I would definitely recommend.
