It works OK. The beginning of the rinse cycle is loud and vibration is strong. I could hear the drum banging on the case. Sometimes I see suds on the door at the end. Not sure why.

Love this washer. Was not sure about a front loader but it works great, clothes smell amazing.

went to look drove a long way open box item said you had alot and when we got their nothing staff was a great help helped us to find something else and bought it we thank them for helping us get our washer same day

Overall I'm pleased with this Samsung washer. It has all the features I need without a lot of unnecessary options that I will never use. I would recommend this washer. Best Buy's delivery & setup and customer service was excellent.

This wash machine is great my wife loves the large tub our old machine tub was smaller could wash larger loads all the setting options all work as of this date 7/24/21 machine working very good

Does the job for a good price! Doesn’t have all the extra options but enough different drying settings, but it’s a clothes dryer it dries the clothes, fast and efficiently.

This dryer, unlike my replaced one, dries all types of loads the 1st time.

Washer works great but the loud dinging noises that come from the unit might get annoying after a few years. The lint holder is in an awkward position and is slightly hard to get in and out of. For what we paid I’m very happy though.

I was reluctant to buy a Samsung washer, didn't feel this was their expertise. I am pleasantly surprised at how much I like this machine. Very intuitive, lots of settings and holds a queen size quilt with ease.

Nice machine so far. Only had it a month. Old machines were pushing 15 years old and starting to fail. Appreciate the option to have the drawer underneath for storage

I like this dryer it does well. I don't really care for the dampness detection which stops the dryer when there's no more wetness. So when you just want to knock the wrinkles out of something dry it keeps stopping. Other then that its great!
