Works but too noisy

Samsung Front Load Washer

Our washer broke and I decided to purchase a new one instead of repairing the old. I wanted a high quality washer that was in stock and could be delivered within a few days. This washer met all my needs, and Best Buy was able to schedule a delivery within a few days. So far, I am very happy with this washer and all the options it provides.

So far, everything is working fine and it is pretty quiet. My only complaint is that my previous Samsung washer had a feature that allowed you to save a set of settings as "my wash" and be able to set those at the touch of a single button. This washer does not have that, so when I use normal and want to turn the water temperature down I have to adjust the water temperature every time.

No way to turn off the annoying beeps, no way to save a program (you have to set every time), no way to to delay a wash for later in the day to take advantage of lower utility rates. We definitely wish we hadn't bough this machine

Louder than my old samsung
