Occasionally adds time to drying cycle and ends up over doing it. Noticed it on towels (no big deal) and dedicates (more of a big deal).

Called service, they responded promptly and tested it, ran fine. Showed them a video of it and they were shocked but couldn't recreate the problem. Said if I call them back and they can't recreate the problem I'll be charged for the service call. Also said this machine is finicky, can't put in loads that are either too big or too small. It's 3 weeks old, guess I'm stuck with it.
