Liquid soap and liquid softener is leaking. I call best buy geek squad but they didn’t fix it

The delivery guys did a great job safely delivering the machine safely, setting it up and also testing to ensure it worked.

The power button stopped working after 1.5 years on and off. It finally stopped working today, Sep 1, 25. Really frustrating that my last washer was a Kenmore and lasted over 20 years. I searched online it is well known an issue that a potential fix is to unplug, wait five minutes, then press Power 5 seconds, press start 5 seconds and plug back in. Wait 5 minutes and then press power. This didn't work, but I did let the washer sit overnight and periodically it started working again. It has been an issue now for over a year and am going to need to get a repair service out to see the issue and cost. May not be worth fixing if over 300 to fix.

Have this dryer set up stacked on top of the matching washer using the stacking kit. Once the power cord was correctly attached, it's now working great!

Great buy. My wife loves it and that is most satisfying to see her encouraged while doing laundry. 5 stars all day for making her life easier.

Good dryer. No shaking, not very loud. Emptying lint filter is a little annoying given its shape, but solid.

The wife loves it. I bought this to replace a worn out 20 year old unit. It was priced not to break the bank and had all of the features that the brains of this operation (NOT ME, LOL) needed. I opted for a DIY installation but the delivery guys did unbox and allow me to inspect before bringing it in. They also removed the old unit which I had ready before they arrived. It arrives without the power cord, but they are readily available at Best Buy as well as the big box hardware stores and easy to install. The leeling feet required a pair of pliers to get them moving but they are of sufficient length to level the unit on a basement floor that slopes toward the drain. The door can be switched to open left or right by removing a few screws. I also used this as an opportunity to replace the dryer vent hose. Overall, from the truck to fully operational was about 30 minutes , but I did read the instructions that came with the unit and the power cord before connecting anything. The cycles are accurate for normal use but some thicker items require additional time. The lint trap is somewhat difficult to open but easy to clean.PS - Did I mention that the wife loves it? :)

Purchased as a bundle - good value when on sale and was lower priced than similar items at other stores

Installation was simple and the dryer is working well. A good value. Another reviewer thought the lint filter hard to clean. The filter opens like a clam shell and simple to clean.
