Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Washer makes a clicking should at certain speeds when the drum turns, poor quality control by Samsung, also if you buy online forget about a warranty, Samsung will not accept the online receipt from Best Buy and will not accept the warranty set up on the Samsung website. Very disappointed in Samsung for the poor quality and the warranty registration policies that prevent you from registering the unit for warranty.

I have no idea if this is a good dryer or not because Best Buy has been to our house 4 times already and each time had a different excuse why they couldn't install it. They delivered a broken washer the first time and the last time they "didn't have enough time" even though they knew what was involved in the install. Better off buying somewhere else.

I feel like I have to dry the clothes longer because the dryer dumps all of the clothes towards the front of the it at the end of the cycle. Therefore all of the clothes are not getting dry in example 40 minutes as they did with my old dryer. I may be returning it.

I was super excited to get these, and loved how they looked when I finally received them after 4 months of waiting... Here we are, not even a year after purchase, and my dryer crapped the bed. It will not turn on and had a smell of like something was on fire when it was used on the normal setting. This dryer is brand new, it should not be having these problems. Also, the buttons on the machine WILL WIPE off if you have the slightest amount of detergent on your fingers - makes sense for a washer/dryer, right? The vibration on the washer is insane, if you're looking for a earthquake-like effect, that's the one you should go with. Do not place ANYTHING on top of the washer/dryer, as it will leave a nasty dent. I'm really upset with my purchase :(

Which means you need to reverse the doors if your home is not set up for this. My husband tried to reverse the door and all the screws were stripped.

You can only reverse the door of your dryer. For your washer, it does not have the option to reverse the position of its doors.

When they delivered it they didn’t bring the stacking kit. I had to wait 2 weeks for another installation date. On that day they texted me 3 times with updates on the time the driver would arrive. Then they didn’t show up at all!!. I called and they offered me another install date in another two weeks! I told if they couldn’t do it(that makes a month I would have the unit without being able to use) sooner I don’t want the set anymore. They said no problem and had a truck at my house 2 days later to pick it up!!
