This dryer works so well. I have been very impressed so far. It was able to fit my king size comforter easily in it and it dried perfectly!!

I went instore to buy the washer but there was none in stock, that was fine, the gentleman who was assisting me was very informative and kind and patient. I believe hes a new hire but he was very knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. When the item was delivered, it was most possible the quickest and easiest install ive ever seen, Alejandro did a great job and i commend his skill which made everything seemless. I dont write reviews as much as i should, but this definetly made me want to! Thank you Best buy for having such great staff.

There is some serious flaw with the design of this washer. Overall it works great but for some reason it holds water inside the machine and you have to drain it every month and the smell and amount of water is ungodly. I have owned several washers in my lifetime and I've never had to service mine monthly and drain stagnant water out of it. I wasn't aware you had to do this until it stopped working after 6 months of owning it. Thank god for You Tube - Just say no!

Love all the different settings! I love that it has the dry sense and will stop when the clothes are dry to save energy! Also love how quiet it is

Works well, super easy to install (self install, even electrical is color coded). Make sure to buy the cable kit, as it is not included (or if your old dryer is compatible, undo the wires to use on the new one). Overall, great dryer with good functional settings.

The Samsung Front Load Washer is easy to operate and thoroughly cleans the clothes better than previous washers I've had. Attractive design and color.

I bought this when it had only a couple of reviews. I've had it for a month but it holds up well. Pros - Drys large amounts of clothes very well. The standard setting is 42 minutes and that's usually all you need. - Space: the opening is not as big but there is a massive amount of space overall. Cons - I tried to dry a large thick blanket and a bunch of clothes and it took quite a while. I had to put some clothes back in after the blanket was done. So you can't really max the space out. - If you want to customize the temp and dryness and can be a bit confusing. But if you just want some simple cycles then it's very self explanatory. Overall I like it so far. The set up wasn't too bad. It dries well. Hopefully it will last long too

I love this dryer! It's so easy to operate and runs so quietly.

Slightly loud, but otherwise a solid machine with easy to understand inputs. Alarm is loud and annoyint so turn that off!

This dryer is very good for the price. Easy to use, and was perfect for my needs. I've used Samsung washer and dryers for years and never had an issue, which is why I bought this set.
