I’ve bought several open box appliances, which have all been wonderful. This one is bad. It vibrated unbelievably, I went on Samsung’s website because there was nothing in the book about what to do. I did everything to the very last suggestion which was recalibrating. It got better, but I’m only doing small loads. Now, even though I haven’t done very many washes it wants to do a pure clean. So I did. It’s a four hour job…the very last hour it LC errored . By the way, the manual that came with the washer didn’t have any codes in it so you have to look them up online. Found out that LC stands for leak. I checked everywhere there’s no leak, and it would not finish!! It wants me to start all over….. Thankfully, I have my old (not front load) washer that I I’m able to use until I have time to deal with this. I hope they can help and I’ll let you know what the fix is or what they say.

Washer seems to work well. Was shaking a bit and I found it was not level after it was installed by Best Buy. I called and got an appointment for a reinstall pretty quickly. Two nice gentleman came out and washer is level now and shacking is reduced. I think it spins so fast it will always shake some. Happy with my purchase and especially with the service. I also got back money from a Black Friday price guarantee.

This is a great washer that cleans well yet is very gentle on my clothes. It has several adjustable settings and a cute little chime when finished. It has a filter clean out at the bottom which neither of my previous washers had.

Descent unit for the money. Originally used side by side. Bought stackable bracket for space savings. Quiet operation for a gas dryer.

It's a Great and Amazing Appliances. I can't believe how smart comes the only they need to talk to work like a robot. The modern computer they have is incredible, I enjoy watch the cycles and its insane when they run a thousands per min and they don't even make a noise. I love them and I made a great investment. I told my friends about my new girls, I recommended 110% to anybody. And never you will regret.

This dryer is amazing dries clothes so quick! Extremely quiet and have so many features. I definitely recommend.

It works fantastically especially for the size of the dryer

This was a replacement from a previous dryer that we’d had for several years. I dry clothes obviously but also my quilting projects- this dryer works well with both. It runs very quiet compared to other dryers we’ve had.

It was a replacement of a similar rusted out unit. It came out quickly, in perfect shape and delivered by good people for a fair price
