So far it works great! I’m a little worried about some of the one star reviews were the washing machine breaks down after the warranty expires. I did not take a chance on the extended warranty. I love the Wi-Fi setting where it would alert you when your load is finished through a SmartThings app. So far so good with no issues and my clothes are coming out very clean, especially the whites! I highly recommend it!

Every aspect of this dryer works well! We are very pleased with our purchase and definitely recommend this product.

So far the dryer has been fine. There are plenty of options and very large capacity. The only complaint, to date, is the dryer doesn't seem to dry the clothes as well or as quickly as our previous Samsung dryer. I would estimate it takes between 20-25% longer to dry the same amount it would have previously.

I bought both Washer and Dryer and I am happy with both. They are large enough to do all our bedding, with efficient cleaning and drying times

Great washer for the price. Works well, does the job, reasonably quiet. My 3rd set of Samsung washers and dryers I’m very happy. Wish it had a towels cycle.

Very nice dryer! Love it’s ease of use and seems to be of good quality. Dries a load of towels in about an hour - always a good test of how a dryer will function to me!

This machine is great! My clothes are clean every time. It's way easier to use than I thought originally, plus the delivery people were kind and made sure we understood the products before they left.

Washer works great! Just got it and so far I've done a few loads of laundry without any issues. Really like this new product, it's very easy to use and it is supposed to be energy-saving. We'll see!

Very pleased with this Dryer. I have been using it for about 6 months and now problems. Easy installation. Runs quiet, dries clothes fast, and has plenty of features. I usually just use the normal dry and the clothes dry quickly.

so the washer & dryer seem very good used one time since purchase & delivery.... my main concern was with the contractor best buy uses for delivery the lead driver was very rude and not customer focused. in my opinion he was doing everything possible to not get the job done.

We needed a new washer after our old one finally went out after 20 something years and we found. The ordering was easy, the washer was on sale, the delivery, installation and hook-ups went perfect! What else can you ask for.
