Our washer recently went so we decided to just get a new set. Found this dryer and matching washer on sale and so far it's working great. The bundle price was the best deal around.

I got the stackable washer/dryer. This washer is amazing it's quiet and it gets the clothes clean and doesn't use a lot of water or detergent and the dryer gets hot. I love it

We recently had an LG steam washer and dryer that took forever to do our laundry and when we switched over to the Samsung - 7.5 Cu. Ft. Stackable Electric Dryer with Sensor Dry & Washer, the time that our laundry was done was so short that my husband and I were amazed. With the option of wrinkle free, Our clothes after being dried had so much less wrinkle, it cuts time to iron things. I’m overall satisfied with the purchase.

Good quality Happy with my purchase. The only thing is that in automatic drying it seems to me that it turns off a bit soon!

We purchased this dryer and it stopped working in less than 2 months. We have multiple technicians come to fix it and they couldn't (we had 4) -- they even misled us about the issue. We submitted requests for a refund from Samsung and even it have documented from Samsung that they created a ticket for recommendation of refund and they still won't give us a refund. I highly recommend choosing a brand that cares about Samsung -- it's obvious Samsung doesn't.

So far so good. No issues since install. I like the chime at the end to let you know the cycle is done. Also having a countdown is very helpful. Filling up the soap is also very easy.

Nothing in the set up instructions mentioned removing the shipping bolts. I washed a load and had severe vibrations during the spin cycle. It was only when I went to troubleshooting, noise and vibration, clicked on a QR code and watched a video that I became aware of the shipping bolts. This is unsatisfactory and should certainlyset up instructions are inadequate. be rectified. Put a tag on the bolts that says REMOVE.

I didnt know what I was missing until I bought this. My clothes come out so clean and the spin is so good that it cuts down on drying time. I love how quiet it is. I can run after my kids go to bed wuthout worrying about them waking up.

I like the machine so far, its quiet has all the required settings and function we need. The functions per clothes types, heat, dampness etc work as expected. I like how it has "damp alert" in case the user settings do not dry the clothes.

Cleans well enough and is pretty quiet. My only complaint is that the options for choosing different cycles and temps is very limited.

So far this front loader works good. You can barely hear it washing..does what it says..self clean and easy to take out lint from the bottom of slot.. the best thing I like it spins well..

New washer and dryer setup and removed old units very quickly.
