Great benefits with no complaints

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.What I really like: -Very minimal noise during the wash (I've had washers before where it would make loud "thumping" sounds....If you know you know). -A nice little theme song upon completion -I ultimately only use delicate mode because I like the settings (cold water and adjustable rinses). -I no longer use pods because they're more expensive and are ideal for top loaders. With the tray at the top left, I leave the liquid detergent jug right above it which makes it easier than any other solution because I don't have to use the measuring cup, or, any other thing to transfer detergent. I just open the tray and press the button on the tray and it dispenses exactly where it needs to. -My clothes smell great and feel clean. This is a great product.

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had this dryer for a year now and I can genuinely say that this dryer is hands down one of the best ones I’ve ever bought it has a lot of different options to choose from quick dry, perm press, etc. and they all work amazingly wouldn’t change it for any different one 1000% recommend.

Deliver service was oustanding. Plenty of adavcen notice--contacted refarding schedule via text, email and phone day of. Quickly installed and took old unit. 20 minutes from time they pulled into yard to departure. Highly Recommend!

Machine good; Delivery terrible

Don’t like that you can adjust the heat when on normal dry setting. Delivery and working with Best Buy was not an experience I wish to repeat. I will not purchase an appliance again from them.

The only complaint is the lint collector is a single piece that folds and requires you to put pressure on a certain spot to open it. I have figured out how to open it, but my husband hates trying to get it open. We clean the lint collector with each use so you can see the potential frustration. Other than that, no complaints. Just happy to have dry clothes!
