Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Both the washer and dryer are great but the only thing that holds them back is the dryer doesn’t always dry the clothes fully due to moisture sensor reading only the outer layer of dried clothes and the washer doesn’t always wash the clothes properly the first time around

However, it would have been nice if they would tell you it didn't come with a plug. I could have bought it while I was there instead of making it home and then had to come back to purchase it.

It has a tune option or the standard alert for signaling it’s done. We have used the tune and has made it more of a reminder to take care of it then vs hearing the standard alert that can be missed or forgotten about if your in the midst of something else.
