The product issues since the day I bought it, the issues in getting someone on the line, and now still waiting online for resolution after MONTHS!! What should be a warranty replacement is now a drain of my time and efforts to resolve an unbalanced, unfixed, spring replaced yet unresolved washer issue rattling uncontrollably while in spin mode. Next steps likely to escalate yo the ombudsman for action.

The delivery man did not know that we were expecting a dryer to be delivered. He tried to bring us a refrigerator. After the dryer was installed by the delivery man, i decided to take a look. All of the stuckers and manuals were on the dryer. I checked the filter and noticed a piece was scratched. I thought that this is something that happens if the dryer is used. Clearly it wasn't right? We paid a lot of money for a BRAND NEW Dryer right? Wrong! I did one load of laundry with this dryer. When I took my clothes out and began folding them, i quickly noticed that they were COVERED in what could only be white pubic hair! I looked inside my dryer in every crack and crevice and that is when i saw it. Thousands of these hairs both white and black tucked behind the felt inside the dryer! I do not have anyone in my home that has white pubic hair or is even old enough to have white pubic hair. My children are very little and i am in my 20's. I am absolutely disgisted. My clothes were covered in these hairs. It looked like someone climbed in this dryer to shave their area. I am calling best buy tomorrow. Im so upset. I paid top dollar for this machine and they bring me one that was clearly used and was not even cleaned prior.

They have numerous features and settings. You can even delay up to 24 hours if desired. It also cleans itself! Highly recommend!
