Great dryerworks great, the finish load song is a bit too long.

This dryer has great features! We have been using the sanitazing feature lately due to the virus.

Bought this as a replacement to my old Samsung. Works great and quiet.

Its been six months with this dryer and I have nothing to complain about. The clothes a drying.

This dryer is a solid purchase. No problems or issues at this point although I would sincerely hope not to have any yet! As an engineer myself, I can see that there are certain design features intended to save money in the product of the unit. I'm anticipating that over time, there may be wear issues. Its going to last a little less than if they spent more money. For example...the printing of the cycles is always a complaint for me especially when a machine is working fine but you just can't read what you are selecting anymore. From an aesthetic point of view, I much prefer a stainless steel door (or chrome finish) but for some reason the stark black is in many laundry machines these days. Lastly, I had a wrinkle release features for which you added water in a holding tank..... that is not part of this machine but then again this was cheaper. Time will tell how long it will last but I can't complain now..... its an average... not stellar dryer.

Great washer! Different selections for load types, and fits a lot!

After using the dryer for 3 batches the inside light came unattached with wires hanging out inside the dryer. A geek squad member came to fix it but needed to order the part. Once the part came in we scheduled an appointment. Best Buy had to cancel the appointment because the technician tested positive for covid, so after 3 weeks I finally have my dryer in place and working correctly.

We had to get a new dryer since our old samsung finally just stopped working. I got another one kinda like the samsung we had and honestly, i wish i would of gotten another brand. I have only had it a month and it is starting to get loud and has a knocking noise while its running. And lint and particles get collected inside the clear door for some reason and lint collects around the cushions that are around the door so when i open the door the extra lint falls to the floor and i have to clean up the cushion around the door.

Washer and dryer set exceeded my expectations! Very happy with the delivery, set up and quality!
