Excellent....beautiful dryer...the sensors - wow. Quiet - dry amazing...and what a beautiful machine to look at exposed in your space. Just great product! And Samsung products never disappoint. The assistance I received at Best Buy and the personnel...cannot be beat...great experience - and going back before the end ot he year to buy another one for another one of our units in Logan Square.

Upgrade from my previous model. Again, efficient and quiet.

Excellent quality and functionality. I have read reviews on this washer and people complained about the ink on the control panel coming off. I can see how that can happen if you have chemicals on fingers. But from what I see you do not need to push the control button just lightly touch with dry finger tip and there would not be an issue with the ink smearing or completely coming off. From what I can tell from using this washer it is extremely quite and runs smoothly after preforming the calibration after installing. Another great product from Samsung

so far, so good, upgraded our 13+ year old washer and very happy so far, my wife, who wanted this and the matching dryer, but is not good with tech, worried about it being digital, she’s now gone from washing everything in cold water, to following the recommended settings on the washer. We have no issues with noise, very quiet, but, if you’re close during the high speed spin it can sound like it wants to take off, but that’s cool to me, it’s not loud imho

This samsung washer is beautiful and cleans clothing very well. Multiple settings and cycles. Huge drum for washing large amounts of clothing. Supper quiet and efficient. Has cut my weekly laundry in half. Washes queen size bedding and i have even washed my king size blankets. Excellent washer and price, i am thrilled with my purchase.

The Samsung 7.5 cu. ft. front load gas dryer with sensor has been very reliable. Each setting works specifically like you would expect from it's name, unlike a more expensive GE model that we returned. We are very pleased that it can dry large or small loads and signals only once when it is finished. This is a good basic model for people who do not want to be connected into smarthome apps for privacy. The capacity matches that of the Samsung model's pair we purchased. This brand is very nicely engineered, and not over-engineered.

We’ve had a few and this has been going non stop and is efficient and quiet

We specifically bought this, because of the easy access for the drain basket door easy access. It has a self clean option and it will show self clean on when you need to clean it. You do not need to use afresh to clean it. It works well, and the spin cycle is great. No complaints. It uses less detergent and fabric softer. It has a pre-wash cycle, which is another reason why we bought it, with kids it helps with stains. The door does close on it's own if you try to crack it for ventilation, so you will need to keep door all the way open if you are like us and keep it open to keep it ventilated. So far so good.

It's exactly like the previous Samsung front-load washing machines I've purchased. My first one lasted 14 years—including 5 years after a house fire! I only had to replace the door seal because it warped during the fire. My second unit was bought used and I gave it away after 3 years, and my third is 4 years old and still used daily. I hope this new one lasts just as long as my first!

Efficient and quiet, this has many settings and options. The lint filter is good at trapping lint, but it's a little tricky t open and clean. Large capacity drum holds a lot of clothes and dries evenly.

Had to get the matching set when it was time to upgarde. These have been easy to operate and quieter than the previous samsung models we had.
