great buy and excellent machine and great price I highly recommend this unit

This is a nice machine, seems well built, and is extremely quiet. But Samsung and Best Buy need to get their act together about packaging. It came wrapped in styrofoam and plastic. What's wrong with cardboard?? I'd happily pay a few dollars more for environmentally friendly packaging. To be using styrofoam and plastic in this day and age is ignorant and irresponsible. I give the washer 5 stars but BB and Samsung get a goose egg for contributing to the current environmental disaster.

So far so good. Not thrilled with not being able to shut off the noises it makes (every time you press a button). Not thrilled with the "delay end", but that's because I'm used to "delay start". Overall very quiet, washes well, doesn't smell, lots of choices for temperature/spin speed/dirt level. Super easy to use.

I ordered new appliances in January, the washer and dryer were delivered in April, the fridge is still on back order. I like the washer and matching dryer set, i have them stacked in my kitchen. They are quiet and efficient. I would recommend this set to anyone looking for new appliance who needs a warranty, delivery, haul away, and installation due to not having a truck.

We have had this washer for 1.5 years, after my 20+ year old inherited workhorse finally spun its last spin. I love it! Saves water, get our clothes clean, and is very quiet. We keep the door open when not in use; I wipe down the door and hatch seals and drain/clean the filter once a month or as needed. Also, we clean the in-door filter after each wash, just like our dryer. we have had NO issues with the washer getting funky. Very happy with this purchase!

Working great after two months. Still has the problem of leaving water in the detergent dispenser. We leave ours pulled out now between washes to try and keep mold off of this one like we had the problem on the old washer. No mold so far on the rubber seal.

I am very happy with the Samsung Dryer. It is very easy to use and the programing options is fantastic. Highlight to the sensor dry mechanism that works well by reducing the running period and therefore balancing dryness vs energy consumption.

Very great dryer. Very quiet and easy to use. Have had for about 6 months so far and still going great! Only complaint is the moisture sensor tends to say the clothes are dry when the waistbands are still damp so I always end up using timed dry.

4.5 stars. haven’t had any problems with it since i got it. love all the features and washes my clothes pretty good.

Nice large capacity, and I like the multiple and flexible settings including "presoak". It has braille on the control panel. Door flings open fast and hard when you open it and is difficult to close.. perhaps an adjustment that can be doneif I dig in the manual. Wish the installer would have noticed that. It gets stinky - even if you are using it daily. This did not happen with my old Samsung Frontloader (which I had for 9 years). Good thing it has the washer clean mode on it - but I hate to have to waste time and water running that! I don't think there is a way to turn the end of cycle alarm off so if you get it going before bed it might wake you up. I don't like to have to hold the button down to start it (vs just pressing it) I am sure there is a safety reason for that. I had to replace my old Samsung Dryer a year ago and this new washer does not match! It would be nice if the styling was somewhat consistent from year to hear. But - it works, and seems to get things clean!

Purchase and delivery went flawlessly. On time and delivery people were great! I’ve been using daily for a month+ it’s quiet, quick and large enough for king size comforters and blankets. The lint filter is in the door easy to get to. The options for drying are numerous. Probably the best dryer I have ever owned. Great purchase very happy.

Dryer works very well and is quited than the Older Dryer we had.
