Definitely something I should have bought earlier, I was a bit concerned about samsung washing machines but after using this product I am definitely satisfied with the quality, features, settings and how great of a job it does. Its definitely quiet, intelligent and has all the required features/settings someone might need.

I'm very happy with my new Samsung dryer, which replaced my 18 year old Whirlpool Duet. The Samsung performs well, runs quietly, and is intuitive to use. I have used it now for everything from lingerie to dog beds to down comforters. It looks great next to and almost matches its 2 year old cousin, a Samsung washer. In contrast to what a few other reviewers have said, I find the lint filter to be very easy to clean, and it fits very well, minimizing the possibility of any lint finding its way past the filter. Purchasing on-line from Best Buy was painless and it was delivered and installed 2 days later! The delivery/installation fee was less expensive than other appliance stores that I shopped. I purchased the 10 year parts/service warranty, because its price was a bargain. When my 18 year old refrigerator gives up the ghost, Best Buy will be the first place I look for a replacement.

It does everything you need it to. It really is a fantastic upgrade and for the price you can't beat it!

Love the technology in this washer. It is extremely easy to operate and very quiet.

Pros. 1. Easy to use 2. Easy to install. 2. Fast and reliable. 3. Can do lots of loads. Cons. 1. Had issues with the dampness sensor sometimes get dirty or blocked. If that sensor stops, the whole machine will not work. Just make sure nothing gets on that sensor.

I love my new washing machine. I waited and did my reviews on lots of machine and I’m glad I decided on this set. It replace my old front load that was 15 years old. It actually still worked but it was time for a new one. My dryer went out so I figured let’s just replace both. This thing has all the bells and whistles. It even sings when your clothes are finished. I wanted a machine that was quite but did a great job cleaning my cloths. With my previous machine I sometimes has had issue with smelly cloths but this one has a self-cleaning feature. (Have not used yet). Now the price was great. I got it on sale. Pre-Black Friday Sale.

I had the previous model and it was time for an upgrade , it has a bigger door which I love , easy to use ! It’s quiet as well .

The Samsung unit was a superb appliance. However, the features that I originally wanted for this dryer was not specifically detailed by the representative in its entirety. The unit itself is very convenient and a lot of space especially for heavy bulky items.

Just what we needed. Nothing too fancy, but larger than our previous dryer and has run very well in the past month. Would recommend.
