Extremely satisfied with my purchase. This dryer is so quiet and I love the little tone it plays once’s it’s one drying the clothe. Also the sensor dry is very helpful

Best Buy was great for their customer service and install. They showed up on time, with text and app updates, and were able to hail away my old dryer and install the new dryer (including stacking). Great experience.

I love it! The wash cycles are extremely quiet. Purchased after the washer of set died. I will definitely purchase the matching dryer whenever mine dies.

Pro: Price is really worth it. And it doesn’t make so much noise like the washers I have used in past. Con: Maybe I don’t know how to operate its spinning function yet, but sometimes when it is set to spin for 11mins, it appears to be done in approximately 5mins

So far so good with both the washer and dryer. Did several loads an no issues at all. Installed them myself and leveled everything. Got them at such a great price even with the 5 year geek squad protection it was still less expensive for many other sets from other retailers and they perform perfectly. Hopefully they last many years. We decided to not spend several hundred dollars more and get the pedestals as we are remodeling the laundry room and we are going to create a platform under them and tile the floors, platform and walls.

The washing machine is pretty awesome. Quiet and very convenient does its job and we love it. Specially, in black.

Really a super machine. The BB tech's were great and I really recommend them. We were up and running in not time Please do read the instruction book to get the best out of the machine. It's easy to figure out but there are cases where you may want a special knowledge of which button to push (touch)! There is one little niggles though: the fluff catcher is a bit stiff and awkward to open. It does require a bit of a strong hand to open up. (See pictures). On the positive side, all 'buttons' are touch sensitive and the on switch and proceed/pause 'buttons' have braille bumps to help the sight challenged folks know which are which.

This is my first experience with a front load dryer (and washer) like these. I stacked mine with the matching washer from Samsung and so far really love it. It was a little difficult to stack it but my husband and I managed to do it ourselves and I’m not particularly strong. The only complaint I’d have about it is that you cannot control the temperature (according to the manual and what I’ve found using it so far) unless you have it on “timed dry” and then you can specify how hot or cool you want it. Otherwise you’re choosing a setting that’ll select its own temp setting which are not suggested but set. It also has an extremely long end song. Like well over a Minute. You can turn it off but I just wish I could select a shorter song. At least it’s chipper.

Very good purchase. Happy so far. I hope with maintenance keeps running for many years.

Dryer is really good it dries clothes in very less time. Even thick ones like jeans and blankets dry very quickly. There is very wrinkles on clothes unlike other dryers. Sensor dry option is very practical and saves time and over heating the dryer and clothes.

I Love the way it Looks. Still getting used to all the settings, but works just fine.

Bought this washer three years ago ,it worked well,until 4 months ago it started making a lit if niuse during the spinning process of washing.Shedding tons of grey sanding debris from the bottom of the machine

I purchase this set for my daughter. Very nice and works great! I definitely recommend purchasing this set.

I am loving this washer so far. Very easy for my to access because I am mobility impaired...I dont have to bend down to get my clothes because of the podium.
