Had to buy a washer quick due to mine messing up. This one is beautiful to look at and easy to work. It is heavier then my precious one. We almost couldn't get it in the house ourselves. Overall a great buy.

Might seem hard to believe, but just bought this to replace the exact same dryer. The first one lasted 6 years. Was a fantastic dryer until then. Unfortunately, the bar is set so low for the longevity of appliances, I can't say I'm mad about the first one only going for 6 years. All in all, it's the best value in this price range.

It has a lot of features, most I don't use, but it is a nice washer and much larger than I gave it credit for. The alarm is funny, its very long.

Been in the market for a washer and dryer for a few weeks now and made the deck on to go with this energy efficient washer! It’s so quiet but gets cleaning the clothes done so fast and efficient

So far this dryer is working very well! The drum is big enough for a large load. It dries much quicker than our previous Samsung dryer. Reduced by one star for each of 2 reasons. 1st - We had to purchase the power cord separately!! Really?? Plus, I ordered it online and there was no alert to warn me that I had to put the cord in my cart, too! The delivery driver had to come back to our house to give us the cord after we discovered it was missing!! 2nd - The dryer does not allow you to change the temperature on all the settings but the Time Dry!! They are preset and we are unable to raise or lower the temperature! What?! We should be able to customize our settings. Unreal!!

been using this dryer 24/7 and is doing pretty good. The unit got a lot of good features that I like it a lot compared to my last LG. Especially the touch panel.

If I could give this washer zero stars, I would. It arrives. It is correctly installed. No matter what cycle I set it on, it only uses HOT water. Warm/Cold setting? It runs HOT/HOT. Cold/Cold setting? It runs HOT/HOT. I was about to call to set up an appointment to get this remedied when the washer goes into its spin cycle. Whatever holds the tub in place busts and the tub then starts free-slamming around inside the washer box. I am NOT making this up! Four days after its installed... FOUR DAYS! and it is broken. With the 15 day return policy I just told Best Buy to come get the cursed thing OUT of my house. Mind you, I bought this washer to replace another Samsung that I had purchased just 3 years before. THAT washer broke down and since it was under extended warranty, I called to get it fixed. Three months later (that's three months WITHOUT a WASHER!) after replacing nearly all the parts inside the silly thing (more money was spent on parts and labor than I paid for the thing to begin with! Go figure!) the insurance company decides it is not repairable and tells me I can just apply the original purchase price towards a brand new replacement washer. So this means I had two Samsung front load machines turn out to be JUNK. Samsung is making garbage washing machines. Do NOT buy a Samsung washer. My experiences have taught me that they are extremely poor quality. This is NOT Best Buy's fault, but if they read these reviews, I heartily suggest you drop the Samsung line. You should start offering Speed Queen instead. They make a top notch line of washers, both top and front loaders. Ended up replacing with a GE - 4.8 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Front Load Washer with UltraFresh Vent System - White on white, pretty sure the model number is GFW650SSNWW. Could not be happier with it and I've been using it hard for the last 5 months.

We bought it open box for the 2nd time around and open box hasn’t disappointed us at all. 1st open item washer and dryer we bought 13 years ago and didn’t have to buy another washer until recently.... this one works just as great!!!

Great washer! I've only ever used old school washers and this thing is amazing. I love how simple it is to load and clean clothes. I also love the sleek look and matching dryer. Once I remodel my laundry room this thing is going to sparkle.
