Thank you Samsung for making a great product

It's now out of warranty and Samsung wont cover it. The cost to repair is basically the same a new one. Terrible build quality.

It’s been a few weeks since Best Buy came out to install. It gets our clothes really clean with no streaking, excessive water, etc. Real nice, sheek design too!

The store could not find the parts to stack the washer/dryer so we couldnt hook it up. The door was scratched up. Well never order from best buy again

If your washer enters self-cleaning mode, it usually indicates that you have completed 40 wash cycles. This self-cleaning feature helps prevent the buildup of residue and odor-causing bacteria, keeping your washer drum fresh. We recommend running the self-cleaning cycle once a month or every 40 cycles.
