It's great that it stops when it feels clothes are dry! We have not been shrinking clothes anymore. We would love to be able to change the side for the door opening.

Poor quality dryer

The first one was about a year and half old, over heated and started to smoke. I called Samsung they came out and said I have to have it professionally cleaned every year and it’s my fault so I had to pay to have it fixed (which was almost the cost of the dryer). I purchased this unit as a replacement and it seems to be subpar quality. I have to run multiple high heat cycles to dry larger loads and sometimes for small loads too. All of the custom cycles are useless because they never dry the clothes (they use lower heat settings). I suggest avoiding Samsung at this point.

My clothes have never felt cleaner. The ease and simplicity of this washer is a notch above the rest. Love!

The first one lasted 6 years. Was a fantastic dryer until then. Unfortunately, the bar is set so low for the longevity of appliances, I can't say I'm mad about the first one only going for 6 years. All in all, it's the best value in this price range.
