Washer is easy to use. The end cycle music is too long compared with our previous LG washer. In general, we like this product so far. But we had issues with a BestBuy installer. They said the stacking kit is incorrect model, then they left uninstalled. In fact, the stacking kit was correct. The installer messed up. We had to spend the entire day to reschedule the installation for next day.

Have used the Washer for a month and we are very content with the machine. It is easy to use and quite.

I like the new design. Works great and is quiet. The 2020 model only lasted 4 years before a belt broke - not worth fixing - so I hope this version lasts longer!

Washer works great but it is VERY loud. I didn'y buy the risers so I'm not sure if that is a contributing factor. It is easy to use and holds a lot. Clothes don't get smelly if I accidentally leave them in overnight.

I love the vibration reduction technology, as you can barely tell it’s running—even during spin cycles. Furthermore, the black stainless steel design looks modern and elegant, blending perfectly with any space. The 4.5-cubic-foot capacity is more than enough for large loads, which saves me both time and water. It is also very easy to use, and the wash cycles are quite comprehensive. For the price, it is definitely worth it. I recommend it 100% if you are looking for a reliable, modern, and efficient washing machine.

Replaced an older stackable washing machine from Samsung with this one. This is certainly more efficient and quieter. The best part it stacks perfectly with the older dryer DVE45N5300F/A3 so I didn’t need to replace it!

Quiet, good size, and a perfect match to the dryer. Paired with the pedestal, this thing is the perfect height. Unfortunately for myself, my water hookup is on the right side, so my dryer door and this door open towards each other. That is not the fault of Samsung, however just note that you cannot swap the door sides of both machines, only one. If you are in the same position as I am, you will not be able to transfer your close from this to the dryer without at least one door between them.
