Also please with the delivery. But, this morning I was by the washer as it was spinning. It was shaking like it was 32 degrees below zero. On closer examination the left front corner was not placed on the raised cement area so with only three legs on solid ground it is going to shake it self to death some day.

Delivery by the Best Buy subcontractors was spectacular. Very friendly, took great care of the home, super efficient. So far I like the washer, however, the issue is that there are no specifics. There are 5 temperature settings, but nowhere does it say what the corresponding temperature is - which is critical when deciding what temperature setting to use. Also, it doesn't say the various RPMs for the spin cycles - same issue, hard to decide which spin cycle to use, some of my clothes have very specific temp requirements when washing. Since it was a recent purchase, I can't speak to the durability of this appliance.

As per checking, your washer has ATC (Auto Temperature Control) feature. ATC enables the washer to control water temperatures in each washing cycle using the internal thermistor. It is designed to maintain certain washing temperatures for best results. The washer also detects the weight of the items and automatically adjusts the optimal water level, washing time, rinse counts, and spin counts. (This may not be applicable on some cycles.)

It was stuck on the bedding cycle overnight and wouldn't stop. I stopped it and put on rinse and spin and the time still didn't change. So I had wet clothes and the spin only got the water out. I'm done with Samsung as far as appliances go. This is the second washer of Samsung I've had issues with. They make good Phones, Tablets, Earbuds and Televisions but that's it. I don't recomend any appliance. Save yourself time and save money to get a reliable product.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't know if Samsung forgot to include their "Vibration Reduction Technology", or if this is actually their technology, because it is NOT a smooth spinning machine. From the first wash, a simple few towels caused it to vibrate the laundry powder tub and Unstopables scent container off of a rubber mat that I put on top. Seriously? This unit replaced my LG front-load washer that I really liked for 15 years which never made anything I had on top to vibra-dance off of it. I tried different sized loads, different spin speeds, I checked it's level-ness, and even recalibrated it, all to no avail. What I do like is how it washed the laundry, and my clothes seemed to come out nice and clean, BUT, every laundry load vibrated this machine in spin mode. I went to Best Buy and went back to old, faithful LG. Yes, I am using it now and it has not once vibrated...
