we haven't gotten into all of the details, but this unit is performing admirably. The one problem we did have was a cut on the rubber boot gasket on the front somehow. The warranty covered it and serviceman had it fixed within an hour for us. The part itself was only about 35 bucks, but for being 2 or 3 months new, we were able to warranty it. We've had a sick infant throw up into sheets and on clothes and this unit has done a good job of cleaning that mess out in short order.

Been using this washer for about a month cloth smell great and better then they did with my washer that Was old fashioned and outdated this Samsung washer doesn’t have Wi-Fi/Bluetooth for the price since it’s cheaper than others but it is worth it I know everyone will run into issues with their washer/dryer so I have geek squad. My only con would be is that it takes long to finish a load if you put everything on heavy/ medium load it takes about at least 50 minutes to 125 minutes

Works great, no problems so far. Replaced old washer with this one for a tenants and they seem to love it.

Big enough, but makes too much noise. I think they are too expensive to be fixed when broken.

Great Quality! We purchased it as a separate set for ourselves and a set for our animals. Very happy with the purchase.

It was a pain to level. It’s still isn’t level. A lot of money for a product that can’t even be fully loaded. Not happy with this at all. It gets the job done, though. Never buying a front loader again.

So far so good. I love that it's nice and quiet. The fact that it balances your load first is awesome. Two thumbs uo!!

Hate the idiot alerts, very annoying. Took me too long to look in the book to find out how to disconnect them. Don't like the default settings.

Bought this as a gift for my son. He loves it. I myself am skeptical about front loaders but he loves it

I bought one Samsung machine & it shook so hard, it moved 6 inches over to the wall. Over a week later, Best Buy Geek Squad brought me same make & model, which is a very cool machine. would have liked a sooner date to receive 2nd machine...The Geek Sq members were good about answering questions, but I asked them to wash a quick 22 minute wash cycle on 1st delivery. Certainly would have saved both Best Buy & myself LOTS of time & trouble.

The store manager was great. When we had so many issues with the call center and delivering the dryer.

it is very fancy but doesn't rotate the clothes very well I would avoid these 'high efficiency' products. the agitators are too short in this unit in my opinion.

Worked great for about a year and now it’s giving me some trouble. Make sure you guys get a warranty on it

I wanted to live this washer and overall it’s pretty good. The agitation and fill cycles are fairly quiet but the spin cycle (even at a 3 out of 5) is so loud I avoid running it. I really didn’t need another reason to defer doing laundry. Very very disappointed with this purchase.

Works as advertised! Purchases just over a month ago and am very satisfied with this machine.

So far the washer is running we bought it based on price and availability but if my last three washers are any indication it will only last 4 years!

Clean design and performs all of the functions you need a washing machine to do. Worth the price.

I purchased this washer in Feb 2024 and the pump stopped working in Oct 2025. I had to get it replaced but the pump was on factory backorder for an undetermined amount of time. I had to buy a new washer instead, I had to buy the same brand since it was stackable and the only samsung would fit with the dryer.

This washer is so quiet I almost forget I am doing laundry, clothes wring out to almost dry
